Since completing his training in Soil and Water Conservation at Old’s College the owner has been inspired by the Alberta landscape, starting as an irrigation technician working on golf courses, a foremen of crews on city projects to providing contractor work for over 15 years.

How Much to Water?
Established lawns and landscapes typically need less than an inch of water each week in temperate climates.
Adjust the timer on your sprinkler system and save up to thousands of gallons of water while keeping grass, plants and trees healthy.
- Set your spray sprinklers to run approximately 15 minutes per day with three start times of 5 minutes each.
- Set your rotor sprinklers to run approximately 30 minutes per day with three start times of 10 minutes each.
- Plan to water every two or three days in warmer months. Increase or decrease the number of days as needed.
- Turn your sprinkler system off (or install a rain sensor that does it automatically) when you get enough rain to soak the soil.
